PEM Motion USA is an e-mobility engineering and business consulting services provider focused on solving complex challenges to help our clients bring their products to the market. We are seeking a Consultant with a focus on battery technology to help expand our capabilities to support battery projects for our growing team in the US.
+ Lead small consulting projects and modules of larger consulting projects in battery, e-motor, fuel cell, electric vehicles, energy storage, and general e-mobility
+ Lead client meetings with senior leadership
+ Coach and develop team members on project teams
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
+ Travel to meet with clients and provide on-site support across North America
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, stakeholders, and key players in the e-mobility market
+ You have a degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, material science, industrial, chemical, etc.), chemistry, or an MBA, and at least 5 years of industry experience related to e-mobility
+ You have experience managing and delegating work to others
+ You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
+ You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
+ You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner
+ You have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to new challenges, with a drive to contribute to company growth
