We are now looking to further expand our talented team in Sacramento with a highly motivated business administrator who can help our team grow effectively.
+Oversee and manage daily office operations and provide administrative assistance in various contexts
+Provide administrative support for legal and regulatory processes and filings
+Assist in analyzing company metrics and data, identifying patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and contributing to data-driven recommendations
+Coordinate correspondence including note-taking, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel
+Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping
+Provide HR support including new employee onboarding, maintaining records, and managing benefits
+Identify high-impact areas for additional support and provide advice to team on business practices
+Degree with a focus on business administration, management, or a related field preferred
+Proven experience in administration roles, preferably in a business or office setting
+Pro-active working attitude, hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
+The ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, clients, and executives
+Excellent handling of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+Effective time management in an independent, pro-active, and detail-oriented workplace
+Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations in a dynamic environment
