As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure outstanding sales experiences while serving as a reliable technical and solution advisor. Your role will be pivotal in winning new projects and contributing to engineering tasks, serving as a bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and the needs of our clients. Your technical depth, communication skills, and networking abilities will help solidify our presence and expand our operations within the US market.
+ Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions from our service and solution portfolio
+ Be the technical product expert, speaking in depth to product features, functionality, and integration
+ Contribute to project proposals, and offer expertise in E/E systems, battery/BMS development, and other relevant technical domains
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor and trusted consultant
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
+ Participate in industry events and conferences to expand our network and showcase our expertise
+ At least 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales, product management, or engineering role, with experience in engaging and convincing technical audiences
+ A technical background with a proven track record engineering, preferably in the fields of batteries. Electric motors and fuel cells are a plus
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in product development and hardware/firmware systems.
+ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, capable of building sustainable connections with clients
+ A proactive & enthusiastic approach to new challenges, with a drive to contribute to company growth
